Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 12 hours of your appointment so that spot can be filled, failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee. You will be banned from booking when you do a NCNS! NO EXCEPTIONS! Please communicate when you can’t make your appointment or running late @ 513.739.9158. I do offer a 7 minute grace period, after 15 minutes I will charge your card 50% of service total.
Once deposit is paid and you cancel the appointment you have 24 hours to rebook a new appointment so you won’t lose your deposit. Please contact me to book the new appointment not on the site.
